Having experienced that myself I simply want to say thank you and to let you know that you're not alone.
Grace and peace to you,
JonJon Van Bruggenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09450224222955561694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3477688447702601682.post-6890591943426992312010-06-17T19:25:25.792-07:002010-06-17T19:25:25.792-07:00Milfred,

It breathed of Jesus.

Thank you for all you do in His Name, much of it like your time on the back porch with Jesus... powerful and life-changing, yet missed by the people who think that everything significant has to happen on the front porch!

Blessings and prayers,

Ed JordanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3477688447702601682.post-30746903231979473502010-06-02T10:45:39.701-07:002010-06-02T10:45:39.701-07:00This post reminds me of when one of my best friend...This post reminds me of when one of my best friends died. I remember that funk well. I was as new pastor, and I watched the unplug my buddy from the machines, watching his heart rate beat down to zero. I vaguely remember vomiting my grief over my church the next morning. Needless to say, I was in no position to preach. Yes, that funk hung around for a good long time. To be honest, it still comes back every now and then. Mostly, I remember the good times with my friend. However, there are dark days that I remember the ICU, and my friend dying in the bed.

Blessings,

Tim DahlTimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17258996539424745450noreply@blogger.com
